Description: The file field should be marked as required for Slim Hero component (currently it is not showing as required)

Then the fields for a "NCIDS Slim Hero" paragraph appear
And the "Image" field appears
And the field is required
Currently it allows user to save the page without uploading the hero file and it renders usa-section cgdp-slim-hero section ( empty spacing token ) on front end
