1. Can we make body box height 100%/fit the height of the container?

@monika-jaeger and I will adjust our comps to make the image be the design token size 480/width-mobile-lg.

The radius on the corners of the cards when at 879 and below should be 4px or 0.25em

Adjustments made per feedback:

• Content box height now sets the height of the container, image now scales with height of container rather than having a set minimum width
• Border radius updated from 8px to 4px
• z-index updated so wide guide card is underneath Back to Top on mobile

Drupal form feedback:

• When an image is uploaded, it displays at an incredibly large size in the Drupal form. Are we able to make the image display smaller?
• CTA buttons should be collapsed when there is more than one added (captured in https://github.com/NCIOCPL/cgov-digital-platform/issues/4401)

• The image size now looks good. Thanks!
• It looks like the CTA buttons can be manually collapsed by the user (there is a collapse option). I'm not sure if #4401 is correct that this Claro feature wasn't updated for the MLP template or the automatic collapse just wasn't added here, b/c it's manually available.
