Story: Deselect individual filters #211

As a user, I want to be able to deselect individual filters, so that I can precisely adjust my search criteria without startin over.

ESTIMATE TBD

Requirements

Each filter has an X icon right-aligned within the tag
The X icon is clickable
Clicking the X icon removes the filter from the displayed applied filters
Clicking the X icon updates the form dynamically to display trial results that match the updated criteria (individual criterion removed)

ZIP Code & Radius:

Deselecting this combined filter removes both from the search criteria
This re-enables both fields on the form

Acceptance Criteria
