Issue description

At 640px and lower, the "Email" button does not appear in the same line as the the label "Share this clinical trial with your doctor:"

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to https://react-app-dev.cancer.gov/clinical-trials-search-app/develop/v?id=NCI-2014-01507&loc=0&rl=1
Switch to 640px
Scroll down until you see the label "Share this clinical trial with your doctor:"
See that the "Email" button beside the label "Share this clinical trial with your doctor:" is wrapping tp the next line

What's the expected result?

At 640px and lower, the "Email" button should appear in the same line as the label "Share this clinical trial with your doctor:" as it appears on Prod.

What's the actual result?

At 640px and lower, the "Email" button does not appear in the same line as the the label "Share this clinical trial with your doctor:"
