Description of the issue

Long placeholder text are not scaling
open all, close all buttons on Trials results page getting an oval shape with off centered + and -
drugs/treatment box on advanced form is not scaling see screenshots below

resize to mobile ( 375 px width, or Iphone SE breakpoint
