Create the terms count endpoint

• This should respond to /drug-dictionary/v1/terms/count/{character}?size=0&from=0&requestedFields=TermName,Pronunciation,Definition

  • "character" is intended to be passed as a single character in the URL, but please use the string type.
  • SIZE is a non-zero, positive integer. zero not allowed
  • OFFSET is a non-negative integer. zero allowed

• Connect to ElasticSearch using the "Get Count" query listed at: https://github.com/NCIOCPL/drug-dictionary-api/wiki/Elastic-search-queries#6-get-count

• Needs to return a JSON structure which can be used from multiple languages.
