Update PCP Footer Logo to use 'X' instead of Twitter #248

Please replace the current Twitter logo that is on the PCP site with the new X logo. Additionally, update the accessible text/label to read 'Visit us on X'

Png and SVG versions of the logo are attached to the ticket
