Could you please update the second sentence in the first paragraph of the Utilities Naming section? It says, "Our utilities are named . [base-value]... and I think something is missing.

This passes all accessibility testing, to add check marks to the list when it is put back on the PR.

@andyvanavery31 There isn't anything missing, our utilities are named .[base]-[value], the line is just breaking after the period.
