I like the updates within Phase 2 to address the points brought up in the ticket, however, both Phases and Steps are used and were listed as a point of confusion. I would suggest that we adjust our numbering system to be in the form of replacing Phase 1 with Step 1, and then replace the subsequent Step 1, 2, 3... with Step 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, ....
