ODDC met with the NFRP team on 9/18 to initiate their heuristic review. Please complete the following:

[x] Build annotated PDF with notes and recommendations for NFRP consideration
[x] Send PDF to Anna for approval and further review
[x] Send PDF to NFRP team

Goal: Send PDF to NFRP team by Wednesday 9/25 or Thursday 9/26
