We need to now translate our design comps for home/landing to mobile/tablet as well (we have them on desktop).

We should also do the full set of comps for the Research landing page.

We need comp:

[x] Cancer.gov homepage
[x] About Cancer (patient focused)
[x] Grants and Training (researcher focused)
[x] Partners in Cancer Research (current "special template") -- targeted towards patient audience
[x] SBIR
