Align HTML Among All Sources (Docs Site/Example Site) #834

Issue description

In some instances (feature card, for example) the HTML between the docs site and example sites are not the same, and should be aligned appropriately.

What's the expected result?

Components HTML should align between example site and docs site

What's the actual result?

There are discrepancies between the HTML for components on the example site vs docs site

Work Expected

Go through each component and ensure the HTML is the same between all HTML sources

Use this ticket to create a list of the components that need to use twig instead of their current implementation. Some of them don't exist and need to be created.
