(#133) Lock the node and npm versions in package.json #136

set engines flag in package .json for:
- "node": "12.13.0"
- "npm": "6.13.6"
created .nvmrc file, which uses v12.13.0 of node when nvm use is run
added .nvmrc to .gitignore
