Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to https://www.cancer.gov/search/results/?swKeyword=carcinoma&page=6&pageunit=20
Resize to 370px and lower

What's the expected result?

The pager wraps to the second line

What's the actual result?

The pager does not wrap and moves out of the container
