Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://www.cancer.gov/search/results/?swKeyword=how+many+people+have+cancer&page=869&pageunit=20
2. Scroll to the search results "Selecting Clinical Specimens for Biomarker Evaluation — Early Detection Research Network"
3. See that some unwanted characters appearing in the second line.

What's the expected result?

• No unwanted character should appear in the search result
