(#124) Upgrade Jest to version 29

Closes #124

/config/jest/cssTransform.js /config/jest/fileTansform.js

• Return module exports as an object

  /package.json

• Replace 'jest-environment-jsdom-fourteen' with 'jest-environment-jsdom' and 'jest-environment-jsdom-global'
• Update 'jest' and 'jest-resolve' to 29.x
