Allow for sorting of the returned rsults #24

There is currently no way to order the returned results by any of the implicitly or explicitly returned fields. Maybe an option to specify up to 3 fields that determine the order would be useful.

&order_by_asc=nct_id&order_by_desc=phase.phase&order_by_asc=eligibility.structured.age_in_years
