Shift report left margin to avoid punch holes #12

Increase the left margin to avoid text being lost to holes when using 3-hole punch.

In order to avoid 3-hole punch, the report must shift .75" to the right. Current report design does not have sufficient space on the right to accommodate the shift.

Deferring to a redesign.

Workaround is to print the PDF at a smaller size via the print dialog.
