Regridding support via ESMPy for simple, logically rectangular grids. The regridding support will also incorporate differing coordinate reference systems for the source datasets.

Use ESMPy regridding on OCGIS objects.
ESMPy: creating ESMPy objects using OCGIS input, using OCGIS subsetting capability on ESMPy objects
Field interoperability should be based on views
