Add Taxonomic Reference Adjustments

Per IMD minimum implementation standards, taxonomic references for monitored species should be recorded. See Minimum Implementation Standards for Network Projects version 3.0 10/13/2017 page 17-21

Monitoring data tables including species IDs (TSNs) will require reference to the Taxonomic Authoritative Source (via ID) for that particular monitoring record. This accommodates changes in references from year to year.

Data tables impacted:

• tbl_Sapling_Data
• tbl_Sapling_Vines
• tbl_Tree_Data
• tbl_Tree_Vines
• tbl_Quadrat_Seedlings_Data
• tbl_Quadrat_Herbaceous_Data
• tbl_CWD_Data

Each table will add a Taxonomic Reference Authority ID that ties the data record (& species) to the Taxonomic Reference Authority in practice at the time the data was collected.
