Tree and sapling vigor is not currently exported in any of the csv tables

Vigor should be added to one of the export tables.

Maybe add directly to the tree, sapling, and shrub tables? @johnpauls -- do you see any reason to include vigor information in a different table?

No, right on the tree etc. tables makes sense to me.
