DBH Double Checked Background Highlight Remains #115

When DBH is entered, the Double Check highlights and the prompt appears when DBH difference is > 4, but it does not clear after the data is entered.

Current behavior is by design.

DBH double check both changes the text color and highlights the background. After the click text color changes from red to blue. The background highlight remains to facilitate readability.

@lizmatthews03 , @abrolis confirm the highlight is problematic for field use.
