Set Tag RFS Flag Automatically when Tree/Sapling is set as Removed from Study #135

This is a companion to #134 that automates setting this flag for the tag for a given tree/sapling.

Setting the tag RFS flag when tree/sapling status is set to 'Removed from study' is reasonably straightforward.

Should the tag RFS flag be unset when the tree/sapling status is set to something other than 'Removed from study'?

My gut feeling is yes - if someone chooses Removed from Study, and then realizes it is a mistake and it should be something else, the RFS flag should be cleared.
