Field Data Import - Only 1 Event Imports Per Day #139

If more than one event is accomplished on one day, only one is imported.

Event IDs that exist are deleted.

Pseudo-Events have the same Event ID as their later complete event visit.

Therefore all events that have a pseudo-event will be deleted from the import since these Event_IDs already exist in the master database.

Need to determine how to best handle pseudo-events during field data import.
