As the database becomes tighter and we address NULLs throughout, each situation will require a flag. The question is why is the field NULL?
This is a beginning of a list of "Missing Data" flags...
Add to it as you come across data that is missing indicating the field that is missing data (NULL) and what you suspect is the reason (there may be many, many reasons).
