Forest veg database includes decay classes 1-5, however these have no definition within the database so exports do not define what 1-5 means in our monitoring context aside from within the SOP. Adding these definitions enables us to export them with CWD data for clarity and eliminates NULL descriptions.

Adopt a combined bark-color-surface-consistency-shape-small branches-moss-sapwood definition based upon SOP 10 table 20.
