If you click to change or add an Azimuth or Distance when entering data for a tree or sapling, the change log pop-up opens as it should. Then, if you click the Quick Comment drop down and try to select any of the quick comments, they DO NOT populate the text box. You can copy the quick comment then paste it into the text box, which is what we did all field season.
The quick comments DO populate the text box when adding a species id to a new sapling. “New sapling sampled for the first time” successfully populates when selected from the quick comments drop down. The quick comments also function properly when changing the tag status of a sapling from “sapling” to “inactive in field” or “retired in office.”
