Need to decide what to do with 2015 Dead Standing trees that are actually Alive Standing in 2019. #159

6461 in CATO-0004, 8121 in PRWI-0779, 10196 in PRWI-0227.

There may be more from previous years but this is what we have found so far that needs retroactive dB changes.

I think there are some from early years as well. Two thoughts come to mind:

1) We need to put some retroactive status in the earlier (2015) data of "Alive Believed Dead" or something (depending on how we change the status field in general) so that it is clear that it is alive back then and also indicates why there is no DBH or other data.

2) There should probably be a comment or something in the old data indicating what status was originally assigned .
