Tag #22135 incorrectly tagged as Dead Standing tree. Need to delete new and old record. #161

Tag #22135 incorrectly tagged as Dead Standing tree when it is actually a dead piece of trunk lodged upright in the ground and should have never been added to the dB. Need to delete tree from database in 2019 and 2015
