Tag project issue:
This is similar to the other issues related to tags being deleted when they are retagged but he problem is that with the current tools being used to update tag statuses, this slips through the cracks. It doesn't show up on the RIO check list and we do not have the tag in the office (Inactive -lost). Due to it not being in the dB we cannot update its tag status to "Inactive-Lost". If this same scenario plays out with other tags, I'm not sure how we can identify them. I believe this discovery was by chance. One more reason we need to get these old tags back in the system so that we can track our tags.
