In the 2019DBHTreeChanges QA/QC report that I ran, two trees showed significant changes in DBH.
After investigating, the trees had there "Live" box unchecked making it look like they were dead in 2015. Both were marked as Alive Standing in 2015 and 2019. I'm guessing someone missed that they were accidentally unchecked. Similarly to some other issues, I don't want to change old data unless we have some way of reporting the changes in the dB
