If necessary, will revisit to expand beyond the -999 value.
Related to #176 .
To highlight the species cover values remaining at the -999 default %, the event report requires an update.
Setting the highlight to trigger at % values < 0 will cover these values which remain if the % cover value is left at the default and data is not entered.
