I've been unable to get the "Create Backup" function to work. Once I've clicked the button it asks if I'd like to create a backup but after I've selected YES, I get a popup that says "No Backup Made". I've been making copies of the backend prior to doing imports but its probably not the best way of going about it in the long term.
