Update database - missing tree has been found #35

Tree 19701 from plot PRWI-0256 was listed as "dead missing" in the data base. This plot was revisited on 4/26/2018, and the tag was found. The tree should now be dead standing. This should be updated in the database, and a note entered for the tree to indicate that/when the update occurred, which will explain why the dbh is missing for that event.

Is this a new "event" for this plot with the Tree 19701 status update and a note - or - is it an update to the previous 6/5/2017 event for this tag with a note?

Proposed Note:
Plot revisited 4/26/2018 and tag was found. Tree status updated from "dead missing" to "dead standing".

Proposed note sounds good. This should be an update to the 6/5/2017 event.
