Highlight Mismatched Tree/Sapling Status w/ DBH Live Flag #61

When a tree status = Dead, DBH should typically not be noted as "Live" Highlight this with a light yellow background to catch the user's attention to the mis-match.

When Tree/Sapling Status does not match DBH Live setting (or vice versa), a highlight will appear under the Live checkbox.

Combinations that trigger the highlight

Tree/Sapling status = Dead (first 4 = "Dead") & Live checked
Tree/Sapling status = Alive (first 5 = "Alive") & Live unchecked

Because a dead stem is possible for a live tree/sapling, highlighting is used to draw attention to the mis-match for double checking.
