3593 was labeled Dead Standing in 2014, and Alive Broken in 2018. The saplings tag should have been removed in 2014 and upon "coming back to life" in 2018 re-tagged with a new tag number.
The Veg crew went back and removed tag 3593 and replaced it with 25278.
The 2018 data for 3593 needs to be deleted and the tag needs to be Retired in Office. A new sapling (25278) needs to be created with the same info except status should be Alive Standing. Need to delete condition of PBB, add condition of OVC, and make comments "old PBB" and "sapling previously 3593 but due to "protocol death" it was retagged (10/15/18) as new individual". Should we add similar comment to 3593???
