Tags 3964, 1814, 2738 retagged but unable to find the originals in browse tags #97

Cannot find 3964 (now 20747), 1814 (now 12687) and 2738 (now 25245) in Browse Tags.

Is this a problem with other tags that have been retagged?

There are 288 retagged tags (i.e. tags which have a record in Value_Old in tbl_Tags_History) which have no record in the tags table (tbl_Tags).

A look at the tbl_Tags_History notes (Value_History_Notes) shows 38 different notes including blank. The majority of these are "eaten" or "missing" remarks.

Tags 1814, 3964, 2738 all have tbl_Tags_History records, but not tbl_Tags records. Each is listed as missing (1814, 3964) or removed during rehab (2738).

Current functionality does not remove the tag value if it is replaced. Users must enter a tag number for retagging as well. Situations where tags were removed are likely due to scripts run directly or earlier functionality issues.

@abrolis, @lizmatthews03 - Since these 3 tags are missing or removed during rehab do they need to be re-added to the list of tags?

Look to see if adding table tags records will display tag history.

This continues to be an issue. After Nick completed the Tag RIO project, he attempted to change the tag status of these individuals to RIO but they couldn't be changed in the dB as the do no appear in the tag list.
