Data Wrongly labeled Reactive Phosphorus July 2007 #10

There is a measure labeled as "Reactive Phosphorus July 2007" that took place on 2/16/2011, at Rock Creek at Dumbarton Oaks. There was a reading 0.65 mg/l, so I think this took place but that the data is in the wrong characteristic. This characteristic was no longer being measured at that time.

Looking at the data sheet, it says that this is reactive phosphorus, LR TNT, which I believe corresponds to the NPStoret Local Characteristic Name of Total Phosphorus 2009
