Comment for the test submission: Use periods instead of underscores. Suggest updating the taxon template to request all the information outlined in the specification. The user may then include all the known relevant information from the get-go.
@MarkKuster I've opened an issue for the taxon template. See issue #42
@burnetted please give us all the detail you have on the measurement, including any external references.
Added references, clarified taxon, conformed to syntax in documentation. I also added some notes.

What is the process type?
Measure
Measurand
Related to the calibration of accelerometers. The phase response/sensitivity of an accelerometer will vary depending on the frequency applied. The measurement of this response is integral to the calibration of reference accelerometers. NOTE: this is submitted as a test issue from external github account holder. But could be a legitimate added measurand.
Kind of quantity
phase response/sensitivity by frequency of an accelerometer
Does the measurand require a special token?
None
Taxon Name
Measure.Acceleration.Phase

Notes/potential improvements
I don't know if "phase", "PhaseResponse", "PhaseSensitivity" or "PhaseShift" is more appropriate. I changed the proposed taxon to "phase" for the moment. Someone with more experience in calibrating accelerometer transfer standards should probably be consulted.
The output is typically phase in degrees at frequency in hz. I'm not sure if the proposed taxon structure is appropriate for that.
