[Discussion]: Rename (or migrate) repository to MetrologyTaxonomy #7

@SchwartzMichael suggests renaming the repository to MetrologyTaxonomy. This should be done before the repository is public. We can also use the current repository until we settle on structure and artifacts and create a new repository at that time.

Approve the name MetrologyTaxonomy? New repository or rename the current repository?

Use MeasurandTaxonomy

My opinion: rename or not according to the most practicable result. If we do rename it, I suggest "Measurand" taxonomy.

Also, harmonize the schema and catalog file names to use "Measurand" taxonomy (.xsd, .xml).
