We need a way of loading in launch data and being able to compare it to the simulation data. For now we just need to figure out loading in the data in a way compatible with whatever method of plotting we decide to use for the simulation output the plotters library mentioned below.
[ ] Write out a more detailed task list, or just do it and mark this as done
[ ] Make sure we can get the data in the form which is useful to us. (stationary Global reference frame)
