Set r theme #10

Added a recipe to apply themes to multiple ggplots in R script or notebook. Please note the link in the README.md in the R directory has also been updated, but will need to be fixed. The link doesn't work.

@SRSchmittling based on the paths, the URL should be https://github.com/NCSU-Libraries/data-science-cookbook/blob/main/R/SetRTheme.md. It should work once everything is pushed. You can also remove the first url in the readme, which was just an example.
