Need help with Game Lab web documentation #6

We have a high profile project in the pipeline for Game Lab that will be a Chrome site. Project debut is in November and collaborator is remote. There is no existing documentation for web development in the Game Lab, so I started this stub. If you have anything you can add, please do.

Also note the "general" web development tips at https://github.com/NCSU-Libraries/visualization_templates/tree/master/web. The Game Lab documentation can be restricted to anything unique about that space, but if there's anything that seems wrong in the general documentation, we should update that, too.

The previously mentioned collaboration never came to fruition, but this could still be useful documentation. Perhaps something to think about for the "data science commons" renovation and service model.
