Starting to think about building out production web apps that would allow people to use the data in the database we have on AWS...

@scottsmit @bill10 - It seems like there might be a lot of value in creating views to match some of the data reshaping Scott did for the analysis in https://github.com/reesenewslab/ncvoter/tree/master/analytics/reports

I like the idea of creating an API for results and candidate info, similar to https://github.com/censusreporter/census-api
