Visible Command Prompt but don't work #38

Hi,
Everyone seems to be having similar problems. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. At 
first running the Control Utility without disabling the driver signature, the 
utility closed shortly, but after I disabled it it came up with an error and it 
didn't close but have an error. The chatpad don't work either. Help if 
possible. Thanks.

I am getting the same thing, windows 8.1 64 bit. I tried to install the drivers 
without disabling the driver signature checker (I thought I had but I hadn't) 
and windows removed them. Then I rebooted and reinstalled and got:
