Export Request - SetFuel #4

Request for an export for SetFuel so we can use it in scripts etc when getting vehicles spawned by the script.

You can use the native to set vehicle fuel

When we would try to do this in a script that spawns vehicles. The vehicle would always spawn with like 20% or less. The same thing when someone tries to respawn a vehicle and it sets it to 20% or less because of ND Fuel. Regardless of what they had before they respawned it. (Presumably this was intentional? To stop exploiters from just respawning their car and having to get fuel the proper way?)
