Shield + Cuffs have issues #5

when using the shield it seems to think you are cuffed.

when using the cuffs, it does not remove the model from the player, and it still makes the inventory not open

To reproduce cuff issues : attempt to cuff a player, player will be cuffed -> attempt to uncuff said player, the handucff model stays attached to the player and the player can not open the inventory.

my server is esx, all my ox scripts are up to date

Yeah all my friends including me have this issue as well
