Section 2.5.3.3 para 195

FPT_TUD_EXT.1 “If the TOE allows a delayed activation of updates the TOE must be able to display both the currently executing version and most recently installed version.” is a functional requirement and not an assurance activity. Please consider moving to the NDcPP.
