What is the enhancement request for the cPP? Please describe.
Does any consideration need to be added for adding any of the FPT_PRO SFRs that are new in CC:2022 or is the expectation that the protocol-specific SFRs for SSH, TLS, HTTPS, and IPsec all cover this functionality in greater detail such that FTP_PRO is not needed?
Describe the solution you'd like
We would like the FTP_PRO SFRs from CC:2022 Part 2 considered for inclusion in a CC:2022 compliant revision of the NDcPP. If there is not a reason to include them (e.g. because the extended protocol SFRs for SSH/TLS/HTTPS/IPsec are considered to be sufficient) then the PP author should provide that rationale separately so that there is no issue with respect to APE_ECD.1-13.
Describe alternatives you've considered
If there is no reason to include the FTP_PRO SFRs (e.g. because the existing protocol SFRs already cover the requirements in better protocol-specific details) then it is sufficient to justify their omission outside of the PP itself.
Additional context
NIAP requested review of PP/SD against CC:2022 and for us to provide guidance and recommendations on changes that will be needed for compatibility with the updated version of the CC.
