What is the correction request for the cPP? Please describe.
The first paragraphs in Application Notes 77 and 110 (for FCS_DTLSS_EXT.1 and FCS_TLSS_EXT.1) seem like they could be unnecessary because they are straightforward tautological descriptions of how to fill out a selection, which is a level of detail that is not given universally to other selections in the document and should not have to be communicated to the intended audience of the document.

We would like the text in question to be removed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative would be adding comparably detailed guidance to app notes for other SFRs that have selections for the sake of consistency but this is unnecessary effort and the PP reader should be reasonably expected to understand the process for completing the selection operation (guidance should only be given if it's ambiguous or potentially confusing as to when a given selection should be chosen, which is not the case here).
